If worn, the neckerchief should be worn UNDER the collar of the uniform shirt as shown above and below. Wood Badgers belonging to units without a designated neckerchief should wear the Wood Badge neckerchief in the same manner as shown here." From what I've read elsewhere, the unit has the option of rolling the shirt collar inside and wearing the neckerchief over the opencollar. Is this accurate? Yes, it is permissible for Scouts and Scouters to roll the shirt collar inward and wear the neckerchief in that way. Most Scouts and Scouters wearing a neckerchief, however, have opted to wear it the way that it is explained on the site's page. Thanks for asking! Settummanque!
